We do not require residents to be home for service requests to be completed by our maintenance team.

Yes, we have on site maintenance during normal office hours and 24-hour on call emergency maintenance.

You can stop by, call or e-mail the office to put in your maintenance requests.

24-Hour maintenance will respond to lock outs.

Yes, we offer free off street parking.

We have garbage disposals, patios, free parking, on-site management, online payment, gym/fitness center, swimming pool and wi-fi in the community room.

The pool is available for use from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

We are not a pet friendly community, we do permit service animals.

Refrigerator, stove/oven and garbage disposals.

We do not offer furnished apartments.

Once you've completed an application the processing usually takes 2 weeks until move in.

We have online payments available or payments can be made by check or money order.

It's not required to purchase, just recommended.

Water, sewer and gas are included in your rent.

There is a bus stop .7 miles from the property.

From I 71, turn right onto Mound Street and go to the light. Turn left onto Harrisburg Pike go to the first light and lean to the left. Go down to Stimmel rd and turn left. Turn right into the property. From I 70, get off at Greenlawn and go west to Brown Road. Turn right onto Brown Road go to stimmel Road and turn right.
